Tile and marble Gallery

Tile and Marble Gallery is a family owned independent tile and flooring store, operating since 2007. Desperately in need of a refresh, the goal of this project was to create a luxurious customer experience that could translate into the physical store experience.


THE CHALLENGE

TMG had not undergone an update in the 17 years it has been in operation. This left the brand and the store feeling tired and out of touch. As the area around the store grew and developed big box alternatives, wealthier clients remained the target audience of the store. The store started to fall behind, and the owners decided to refresh the brand’s presence in the area.


THE SOLUTION

The goal was to create an updated, modern feeling while staying true to the luxurious vibe only speciality stores can give. They pride themselves on customer service and their immense selection of special order flooring that allows high end customers to create a custom space. To translate that, we stuck with rich jewel tones and gold accents inspired by The Great Gatsby.
